Is it Adrenaline Rush, Migraine or Seizures?

For the past 5 years I've eerienced these odd spells. They come on without any warning. Whether I'm sitting, standing, walking, swimming...they just happen. The first time it happened I was actually driving to a clients home. I was an IHHC PROVIDER. As I was driving, my front windshield appeared much larger & everything outside seemed excessively more enhanced in color. By the time I'd reached my clients home, I knew where I was & why I was there, but I was unable to do anytjing cognitively: clock in by phone, fill out my log in sheets..nothing. Thank goodness the relief CNA was still there to look after things while I was going through this episode. I believe I experienced 3 more of these oddities when I finally decided to contact my Doctor, who referred me to a Neurologist. She ran several tests & was convinced I was experiencing a rare type of migraine. She, herself, experiences the same episodes from time to time, so she put me on an inhaler & various other meds to try. All the medicines seem to cause odd side effects,  so I discontinued using them. Now, some 3 years later, I'm not only having more of these episodes, but they are followed by sharp head pains, extreme fatigue, body aches, and swelling throughout my body that usually last for 24-48 hours following the episode. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?
