Thyroid medications and adreanal supplements?

Im on synthroid 37.5 mg per day and 2.5 mg of cytomel also.My dr at last vist put me on a adrenal support supplememnt.I was just reading about my thyroid meds and it says if you have low adrrenal function to check with dr before taking thyroid meds..this is confusing to me/Anyone else out there on thyroid meds and adrenal supplements?

she did cortisol and thyroid and hormones thats it

I take thyroid replacement meds - and cortisol replacement meds as I need them. I have no issue taking both.

Did your doctor run and ACTH stim test? ACTH, multiple cortisol tests, renin, aldosterone etc.?
