Low/High Cortisol, High DHEA -Cyclical?

I have classic, severe hypothyroid and adrenal fatigue symptoms - could someone please advise on the following bloodwork?

Cortisol Saliva:  3.75 am
                       1.81 pm

Cortisol Blood (several tests):  13.5 am   (range 10.4 - 26.4)

                                              .43 am    (range 10.4 - 26.4)

                                            19.7 am    (range 4.3 - 22.4)
                                              8.9 pm    (range 3.1 - 16.7)

Cortisol 24 Urine:   too low to measure

DHEA Saliva:       742.3  (range 210-240)

DHEA-S Blood:    424   (range 40-325)
DHEA Blood:       947   (range 102-1185)

TSH:  has varied from 3.53 to 1.35 over the past 6 months

ACTH:  18        (range 5-27)

I saw an endo one time and had tests done (several of the above I ordered for myself as I work for a chiropractor).  The endo's nurse called me and said that my results "didn't make sense" and that the endo would see me in 3 or 4 months.  Fortunately I have a great family doctor who wants to help but he doesn't know how to help due to the fluctuating levels.  I am at a loss as to what to do.  I feel terrible and need some direction and certainly can't wait 3 or 4 months for some help.  Should I look for another endo?  I feel like the endo I saw is leaving me floating (she is highly regarded in the Columbus, Ohio area).  Should I be looking for a different type of doctor?  Has anyone else had these fluctuating lab results?  Thank you..........

My ACTH  was 18  (range 5-27) and I don't see on my labs where LH or FSH was tested.  Right after my second post my endo's office called and wanted me to repeat the 2 hr GTT (glucose fasting for 12 hours then checking levels over 2 hours) as well as bloodwork to recheck my DHEA levels.  I do not have the results back yet on those tests.

Thanks again for the input!

Something seems to be off as some of your adrogens are high, and some are low...

I get this as well, but I don't have adrenals, or ovaries and well, I take replacements for everything.

Are you seeing an endo - your cortisol is pretty low? Have they tested ACTH or LH or FSH? I think yes, you should see another endo.

Sorry about that!  The brain fog was on high yesterday!  This is the entire results on my saliva testing:

Progesterone 15.6   (range 28 - 82)
Esterone  77.8        (range 3 - 20)
Estradiol   4.3         (range 5 - 9)
Estriol  2.0              (range 2 -25)
Testosterone 26.4    (range 2- 25)
DHEA     742.3        (range 210 - 240)
Cortisol AM  3.75     (range 3 - 75)
Cortisol PM  1.81     (range 1-2)

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my results.

Do you have ranges? Test results without ranges are ... well, I cannot tell anything.

DHEA is a precursor to testosterone and estrogen. Were those tested?
