Low levels of LH and FSH?

I have recently had test of my patuitary function.  I have noticed that my FSH and LH have come back lower then the range provided. I am wondering first of all, if they are actually too low, and if that may be an indication of something?
I have had the following symptoms;
Irregular bleeding and periods,
Weight gain,Brain fog, blurred vision, headaches, feeling nauseated(Amongst others).
Tests results are as follows-
FSH 2.6
( follicular/luteal<9.0IU/L mid-cycle <4.0-20.0)
LH  5.7
( follicular/luteal<13.0 IU/L MID-cycle <14.0-100.0)
Thanks in advance for any info/advice.
Cheers :)

First, you have to know where you are in your cycle. Then, your doc has to do more testing like testosterone and dhea sulfate and sex binding hormone and see if the other hormones are off.
Don't let him/her say PCOS...
what other pituitary tests were done?
