I just got my results back from my saliva testing.
6-8 am 8 (13-24)
11-1 pm 3 (5-10)
4-5 pm 4 (3-8)
10-midnight 2 (1-4)
Cortisol load 17 (23-42)
DHEA 8 (3-10)
Total sIga <5 (20-60)
What do you all think of these?
I also have hashimotos ..

I know the results as blood tests, not sure about saliva.
Fatigue is a hard thing - it can be hormones, vitamins, auto-immune issues or so many things that is so difficult to pin that one down.

I would find a good endocrinologist.

Doctor also did a saliva test on other hormones
Free testosterone 66 high (10-38)
Estrone 14 low (30-58)
Estradiol 17 high (2-10)
Estradiol 14 (14-38)
FSH 209 high (<125)
Progesterone 210 (100-300)
I am just fatigued most of the day with low bp and sugar is up and down.

Too low in the morning but normalize at night. One set of testing should not make a diagnosis - so hopefully the doc will do another few sets of testing, as well as test other hormones and the stim test is the definitive test.

I would also make note of what your sodium and potassium readings are - as those are frequently off. Antibody testing and pituitary testing help as well.
