DHEA is a precuser hormone for testosterone and estrogen. So unless you need those, I would not take DHEA. I do take it, as I do need it. Too much and it makes the skin greasy - so be careful.
In what way do you want to *help* them? They are strange, lazy little things - complex, and willing to take you down.

A lot of Vitamin C, India 'pink' sea salt, what else is common and known to work? Any ideas?

I use salt to support my adrenal function - but my blood pressure is low. Is yours? The concept is that with an adrenal crisis, salt is needed to avoid it.
Stella is better with the vitamin C - I am not familiar with it.
I am a salt addict. Its like chocolate to me. I could eat sea salt by the spoon full, maybe its time I should - after some testing.
BP ranges from great to a little high, because of the the dessicated thyroid med shortage I have not been on one brand of med for more than 4 months this year.
It messes you up like a roller coaster.
