Hi hereiamhelp.
Heightened stress, when your ability to produce cortisol is likely already compromised due to your CAH ( impaired cortisol synthesis is common in CAH), is one of the possible causes of low HCL levels, which can easily explain abnominal pains, associated with undiagested or partially digested foods and constipation.
Prolonged unaddressed hypochloria and constipation will result in increased toxicity, bactrerial, viral and parasitic infections and more.
Cortisol also regulates the immune cells in our gut so when cortisol is depleted those cells become dysregulated, making us more susceptible to pathogens like bacteria, yeast, and parasites.
It's like a double edged sword!
If this resonates with you, let me know what meds you're on, along with any other details you want to include and I can send you some tips for adrenal support.
Please note that my comments are not intended as a substitute for medical advice.
Take care.

What levels were high - cortisol or ACTH?
Was it a point in time blood test? I assume you take dex.
You could have gotten yourself very stressed out. Some people get very physical reactions to stress, some do not.
If your BP is normal, likely your electrolytes are normal as well. Keep an eye out.
Did the gyne do an ultrasound, and was any reason for the pain found that way?
