I am trying to research if I have Adrenal Fatigue, could you give me the symptoms , I got some capsules from my health food store today , any advice would be welcome, I read that sometimes when you think its Thyroid it can be Adrenal Fatigue instead, I think I read that on the thyroid forum, Thanks

Yes may be I will do that so at least I know what I am dealing with ,I have felt so much better the last 10 days taking the Adrenal Capsules and Kelp.This had been going on since May when I had a trauma having Dental work that was botched., I seem to have got over that part .

I would move forward on testing for both thyroid and adrenals.

If you start taking OTC supplements that are solely for adrenal or thyroid function - you can ultimately damage more then finding out exactly what is going on now.

No tests yet ,only my own research and going by the symptoms I have and using supplements..

How was it determined that you had adrenal fatigue? What tests were done?

Thak you john I will and just as an update ,on Saturady I started to take some Adrenal Caps I got from my local health store, and I truly feel better , my mind seems clearer and I am able to function more than I was doing, I only use natural remedies and had the symptoms of low thyroid but then read on Med help somewhere,( possibly the thyroid forum )to check Adrenal Fatigue first. I have found all the information I have got on Medhelp from any forum so helpful mostly from others with similar experiences.
