I have been hypothyroid since 1997 . Since I have problems falling asleep at night and my cortisol seems fine, I thought that maybe I was overmedicated . My Tsh , free t4 and freet3 were in range but tsh was high normal and freet4and 3 were at the bottom. so my dr added 5 more of t3. Wish I could figure out what is causing this insomnia.
Thanks,
Pst
They look rather normal. Good thing you tested.
Now get a thyroid panel. You don't need a doctor to order these tests. Just pay for it yourself. There are many sources online for this. You just buy the test you'd like, pay for it and they send you an email and you take that to Lab Corp. But if you have a doctor who's willing to do so, just make sure they do the whole panel and not just TSH and T4. You want the full picture.
They look normal to me.
Fatigue can be caused by so many things, even low vitamin d, autoimmune issues, etc. so perhaps look at other avenues.
