Food: Also try eliminating all gluten and possibly soy to see if there is any change. Many people think they have a healthy diet and consume all kinds of wheat gluten. Gluten intolerance is not uncommon.

Hey- you might ask your doctor to prescribe a blood glucose meter and test strips. Then you can test your blood sugar when this happens to see if it is hypoglycemia.
Could also mean a hypoglycemic attack.
