how high was your cortisol? Do you know what the reason is/was?

And like testdeprived, I too am curious to know if you've had any tests since taking vitamin B5 and ashwagandha to see if your cortisol did indeed normalize.

For anxiety and panic attacks I had 24 hour saliva and urine tests. I was positive for high cortisol. I take high dosages of vitamin B5 because high cortisol depletes that vitamin. I also take ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) to help normalize cortisol.
