If I have something with wheat gluten in it, I get tired, bloated, and have bad gas, intestinal pain and wierd feeling. Could it be a gluten allergy?

very possible..could be bunch of things like fructose/dairy/casein...soy...gluten..wheat..
you could cut the big ones..lactose and wheat and see what happens, or go to the doctor and get a blood test to check for celiac.
