Hello and hope you are doing well.

The rash could be due to contact dermatitis, that is exposure to an irritant like a chemical or metal or anything you are allergic to, it can cause rash. Maintain a dairy and monitor your symptoms the triggering factors. This will help to avoid the allergens. Allergic testing too may be worth looking into. He may help to identify the allergens and may desensitize you.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hi, I am not a doctor, but elastic can be a signal for latex allergy .... is it possible the area is around/near elastic from a bra that may contain latex?  Just a thought.  Sounds awful and sorry to hear you've now gotten some veins there.
