I had a migraine-associated vestibulopathy episode (a migraine but with severe dizziness instead of pain) a year or so ago, and ever since (maybe it happened before but if so, I didn't notice) I've had slight headaches most of the time after eating eggs (especially scrambled eggs, hard-boiled cause it less), sausages (especially greasy ones) and cheese (especially melted cheese). I also occasionally have headaches from microwaved foods and other dairy, but that's probably unrelated.
I've heard about tyramine sensitivity, and I thought that might be it, but apparently eggs don't have much tyramine? So maybe that's not it.
The headaches aren't at all severe, more like the headaches you get when you're slightly annoyed. But I was wondering if continuing to eat those foods could make it worse, or if there's some underlying something that is causing this. It's not too severe a problem, but I don't want it to get worse.
Thanks!
