I am having a YEAST Allergy...............HELP!!

I am 29 year old man. I am a lacto-vegetarian. I suffer from stomach problems like excessive gas, bloating, acidity, acid re-flux, constipation, Indigestion, burping after eating, Persistent Mouth Ulcers, since last 1 year now. Are these symptoms due to Allergy? I went to my doctor and he advised me a Food Allergy blood Test.

It was observed that i am having YEAST allergy and some allergies of pulses too. I eat a lot of Sugar and desserts, eat a lot of Junk foods like burgers, pizzas, bread, pasta, noodles, patty etc. Also, Can i still eat Cheese and Yogurt?  Below is my Test result:-

"TOTAL IgE: 160 kIU/L

Normal Range/Cut off for Allergen: -    "YEAST: 0.57"
                                                               BRINJAL: 0.73

I want to know that what does this mean? Can i eat a small amount of "YEAST" based foods? If i continue eating yeast then will it be FATAL someday?

Should i just avoid YEAST foods or QUIT THEM FOREVER?

As "While Flour" is harmful and many fast/junk foods use "YEAST" to raise the while flour dough, then should i STOP eating "White Flour" too...completely?

Please help me....give me advice.....as its life changing for me?

Thanks!
