Hello and hope you are doing well.

If there is an allergic history, carefully read ingredient lists. It is always best to strictly avoid food allergens. Many people with food allergens also need to avoid eating at restaurants or at least certain types of restaurants. Antihistamines may help to relieve the symptoms.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

A damaged gut is unlikely to be absorbing nutrients properly, so a good multivitamin I thought was a good idea. Water therapy including herbal and clay wraps, and water therapy will enhance herbal and all other applied therapies including lymph drainage and hot water treatments. Eating should be done in a relaxed atmosphere and should be done slowly.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

As indicated epipen is for emergencies. Vitamins may not help with preventing allergies. The diagnosis of allergy is difficult to prove or refute. Clinical suspicion and trial of elimination diets are used. An allergy specialist might be able to help you. He may try to identify the offending allergen and try to desensitize you.

Hope this helped and Do keep us posted.

You need to discus this with your doctor.  Depending on the type of reaction you have, an Epi-Pen may be necesary.  This is required if you experience any kind of respiratory system symptom including sweeling tongue, swelling throat, and shortness of breath as these are life threatening.

It is always best to strictly avoice food allergens.  Carefully read ingredient lists.  Many people with food allergens also need to avoid eating at restraunts or at least certain types of restraunts

God bless.
