Acid reflux????

Hi…. I’ am there with you all but just started and cannot figure it out!!!!! I have read all 104 comments and we all have the same symptoms, others more than me others less but we are all suffering!!!! And to the Doctors …. please do something? I find it so frustrating that they call themselves doctors…when they should be called robots!!! repeating parrots from a book!!!

I have almost written a daily journal to see what donates this episodes and have had my mother help me do this. She says she notices that my bouts of sneezing and allergy  ATTACKS are brought on when I am extremely stressed out and have high anxiety going on!

Then I have noticed that this attacks also happen when I have acid reflux ????

Anyone with same similarities?????

Symptoms of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux are:

Continual throat clearing
Chronic throat irritation
Chronic cough
Hoarseness
Excessive phlegm the throat
Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
Constant sensation of something in the throat
Swallowed food comes back up
Post nasal drainage
Weak voice
Cracking voice
Blockage of the breathing passage
Spasm of the larynx (voice box)
Wheezing
Heartburn
This condition is a result of both UES and LES not working correctly.
And it is possible not to have typical gerd/acid reflux  symptoms.

well As I suspected it is GERD!!! I have been  treated for Allergies and Asthma or 4 weeks now only to be getting worse symptoms. I went today to my Dr. ear, nose and throat. I explained I was getting worse and that now I had an inflamed palate sore throat, and burning chest. I asked her if acid reflux could be causing most of my symptoms making them seem as an acute attack of asthma and allergies. She stopped and looked at me with huge open eyes. She said her sister had been diagnosed with asthma and treated with every med out there with no avail. Even had to carry her own nebulizer for months until somebody diagnosed her with GERD, she now lives a normal life!!!
She send me right away (next door) with the gastroenterologist and he examines me throughly ...YES it is acid reflux! I  knew it!!!!! that is my sore throat, sneezing, feeling my sinus congested...and probably the ringing in my ears!
