Can you identify what i have!?

I havent been able to identify what i have yet, and was wondering if anyone can help me. I'll get straight to my symptoms.
Severe rash and swelling of the entire body with some tenderness, and i mean everywhere ( feet, stomach, hands, face, scalp, ears, oral gums,.....) itchy throught as well.
During the "event" i also experience a feeling of passing out and start seeing my vision go into a flash.

The wierd thing is how i get it. It all happens from eating cheese and doing something really active outdoors that triggers it.

I  might be able to be more clear if you ask questions, so please feel more than welcome.

I really appreciate your comment.
Although i have tried the skin allergy test and nothing came out. As of foods its just cheese that triggers it.
( Not doritos or cheese flavored proucts, but actual cheese itself. ex>>cheese burgers mac and cheese.....)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, symptoms are suggestive of urticaria, secondary to exposure to allergen and mediated by IgE antibodies. Your body is known to hypersensitive to certain things.

Stinging insects, Aeroallergens (uncommon), Foods and additives like Milk products, egg, peanuts, nuts, soy, and wheat are the most common agents to cause generalized urticaria in adults.

This triggering factor should be identified and should be avoided. A skin allergy test can be useful. Treatment includes anti histaminic and glucocorticoids against prescription. Other causes needed to be ruled out are chigger bites, atopic dermatitis, generalized infection etc. I suggest you to consult a skin specialist. Take care and regards.
