Swolen Left side of face
My 17 yr old woke up with the left side of his face swolen and feels nauseous. What do you think it is?
could be a nasty bug bite or sting, and sign of that? it would be save to go to the ER just in case

Sweeling of the face is typically called angiodema. What it is is less important than what caused it. He needs to be seen by a doctor ASAP - like this morning. Most of the time it is rather benign cause, but don't take any risks.
