. Should I see a dr. About reaccuring issues from a scorpion sting

I was stung by a scorpion 8 times. The initial burning, swelling, tingling, and itching went away within 72 hours. The itching and swelling flared up on day 6 & 7. And went away again. Now on day 11 I woke up with what looks like a rash. Red pin prick style that goes farther out than the original sting and itches like crazy. And yes I have been using antihistamines and hydrocortisone cream with little relief.
