HEADACHES, NECK PAIN, JAW PAIN, EYE PRESSURE. ANXIETY.

Hey guys.

I'm a 19 year old female from england. i got diagnosed with anxiety back in october 2009, after having chest pains dizzyness and shortness of breath.
After a few weeks of my diagnoses i learnt to live with it and it seemed to have gone away. UNTIL...
About 5 weeks ago i was on the bus going to the shopping centre.. and all of a sudden i had this terrible pain the the right side of my face.. ( as if someone had just punched me ) i started to panic.. and of course this kicked off my anxiety.

A few days on.. i started to feel pressure behind my eyes and round the sinus area, so i started to use nasal sprays and take paracetamol to help me. These seemed to work for a few days.. then all of a sudden.. i started to get really bad head aches! headaches that keep you awake ! it felt like i had a tight band around my head!!!!
Now i'm having jaw pain too... my jaw has always clicked when i eat or yawn.. but i've never took no notice because it wasnt painful. but now.. its reaalllly painfull! i get a wierd feeling in my upper teeth too.. sometimes in my lower aswell.. and pain around the sinus area.
I also get neck pain.. its sometimes stiff to move.. and a little dizzyness.
my head feels like its too heavy to hold up.

I started doing some resarch online.. checking out my symtoms etc, i found out that it could be SINUSITIS or TMD ( the clicking jaw )

I also read that anxiety can cause TMD due to tooo much strain on muscles and tension during stress.

the pain is making me worry soo much which is kicking off my anxiety....

can anyone help????
:( :( :(

I am having all of these symptoms - started with the neck pain, then the eye pain, then severe migraine headaches, and now I have jaw pain.  My husband thinks I am a hypocondriac!  And the migraine pain I swear started in my thigh one night showed up in the side of my chest the next night and then the back of my head!

Hi, I'm so sorry no one has answered your post before.

I know it's been well over a year since you posted, but I'd like to say that I've had the exact same thing you're going through, as well as similar pains in other areas. And according to my doctor and my own research it is the result of a condition called Fibromyalgia, as a co-morbid of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

If you haven't resolved your problem yet you might look into that. CFS is called something else in England and Europe. I don't remember the exact name but it is abbreviated as ME.
