Hi, welcome to the forum, urticaria or hives are seen secondary to exposure to allergen and mediated by IgE antibodies. Some persons are known to hypersensitive to certain things. Allergy to coffee cream can exist but not common. It depends on individual and how its body responds.

Stinging insects, Aeroallergens (uncommon), Foods and additives like Milk, egg, peanuts, nuts, soy, and wheat are the most common agents to cause generalized urticaria in adults.

This triggering factor if identified and should be avoided. A skin allergy test can be useful.
Treatment includes anti histaminic and glucocorticoids against prescription.
I suggest you to consult an allergy specialist. Take care and regards.
