Is it an Allergy?

about 6 months ago I got a really bad strep throat infection, which went away with penisilin but 1month later came back much milder (no fever, no cough) I took a spay whoch made it go away in about 2/3 days since then It just keeps coming back in a mild form even this summer with a great sunny weather (30c) it came back: I was out riding my back felt something in my ear, 2 days later sore throat, my ear is still not back to normal 1 week in a half later (like a buble sound in my ear), this morning my throat is sore again and don t want to take more medicine, I got tested for phadiatops and got a close to positive result so I was wondering if im just not allergic to mits and stuff? i live in a spotless evironment at gome but i m a student so u know what student apt are like even though I really keep it as clean as possible, I ve carpet on my floor.
I was wondering if it was allergies or infections as I cought it while biking and came from my ear/ also i never cough nor sneeze , no runny nose etc..
my throat just feels very irritated and its annoying.
