idiopathic angioedema

Is it common to have numbness and tingling in the fingers when having an angioedema attack?

I usually get numbness. tingling no. my current attack is numb fully swollen fingers (some)

No. Numbness and tingling are usually not the symptoms of angioedema, they could be due to inadequate blood supply or nerve damage. In angioedema there is movement of fluid from the vessels to the extracellular space causing swelling, pain or burning sensation, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, loss of consiousness etc.
