I have blood in my saliva every morning.  Doctors have given me a chest x-ray, and upper endoscopy and are now sending me to a throat specialist.   I juice ginger every day and drink it in a pear apple mixture.  Is ginger paste better?  So far the Dr's don't know why I have the blood in my saliva.   I'm hoping the throat Dr will know something.   Thank you for your advice about the ginger.  I am a firm believer in ginger.  I know it has helped me loose weight.

Hi,

You should get a chest xray done and take some oral antihistamine medications for a few days.

Get a blood test repeated in a couple of weeks and see if the eosinophil counts come to normal.

Also consult your chest specialist for your complaints and discuss your symptoms with the specialist in detail.

Do let us know what your doctor tells you.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
