What should I do and what is my sickness called?

So my name is Courtney and I have this weird sinus infection (thats what I am guessing it is) problem. You see my nose and throat is clogged but my nose is clear from dripping and flem and everything. It is all in the BACK of my nose and the back of my throat so it hurts so swollow and my ears feel pressured so its kind of hard to hear in a way and my vision will blur and un blur randomly and i have occasional fevers. What do I do to cure this and what is it.?!

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Your symptoms could be due to a sinus infection, a cold or a chronic allergy. It could also be due to a deviated nasal septum. Sinus infections can cause stuffiness of the nose with nasal blockage, which can make breathing through the nose difficult. It can also cause post nasal drip and lead to an irritation in the throat.  You will need to consult your primary care physician for proper assessment. In the meantime practice good breathing exercises, humidify your room and do steam inhalations.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hi there! You should meet an ENT specialist. Since you have blurred vision and occasional fever, you should not ignore it. Might be yo have some polyp in your nose.It can be also adenoids problem. Though the adenoids affect the children mostly, it can rarely be problamatic to the elders too. So u better meet an ENT. Take care.
