constant dizziness and head heaviness

I feel constant pressure in my face and a heaviness in my head. I also get really nervous and shaky and even my knees appear to tremble. At some points I feel stomach cramps and pass a lot of gas! I feel so dizzy, I can only lay or sit down! I feel like I am going crazy! The doc gave me rhinocort nasal spray, antibiotics and clarinase, she also told me to do a CBC blood test! Will someone please help me with some additional information, feel like am going mad because I am already on sick leave and I fear this may affect my job! I need help please! Thanks!

Thank u so very much, I really appreciate it! I have checked my fasting blood sugar two consecutive mornings and they showed 3.7 so that could very well be why am feeling sick! My mom is a nurse and she also mentioned that I should get a CT scan! Again very helpful, thank u very much! God bless u! :)

You should have a glucose test done to make sure your blood sugar is in correct range, have your blood pressure checked, and also maybe a CT scan of the sinuses to check for sinusitis and Meneires syndrome.  These are just suggestions, I am not a doctor so I don't know what you have.  Hope you feel better soon and get the answers you are seeking.
