My mother was just recently diagonesed with alzheimers.  She had a frontal bleed that caused her to have seizures.  They were able to find the frontal bleed by cat scan. We told the blood vessels in the brain thin and bleed.  They have mother on medicine to prevent the seizures.

Doctors do not know the cause, tangled neurotransmitters. Is she taking Arecept? that helps the progression. My Mother too had the disease.
I can help if you need input, I'm no Doctor, but was her caregiver for the last 3 years of her life.
