short term memory loss

I am 28 yrs old.  I have IC.  I have been having recent short term memory loss.  I do not use drugs nor have I had any trauma.  What might be the cause of this.  I am not having any other symptoms of anything but not able to remember things of short term unless they are significant.  I can't remember things that I even did yesterday.  worst part is that I do not have insurance to get to a doctor to have tests ran to receive help that I might need to help find out what I have going on.  What can I do and what might be wrong with me?

hey, plz try and not worry to much about it , because it will make it worse and you will forget lots more .

i really wish you could be checked out , can you go to your county clinic, there they can help you get into see the right dr.   are you taking any new meds for anything?

do you have anxiety, i know when am stressed man i cant remember a lot either, anxiety will cause this to.

your so young , that as far as alltimers i would not be worred about that. does it run in family?

you really need to try and see a dr so that it can ease your mind and i bet your memory will come back to you . plz stay in touch

You might want to have your Thyroid checked.. Mine had almost stopped and I had gained weight in 6 weeks, but my eating habits had not changed.. I could not remember anything..

Sleep is important also.. Make sure you get enough.
