32 year old male been not feeling well for over year.  Started with ear sharp pain and loss of hearing.  Next extreme fatigue and mild memory problems.  Months later, headaches, thoracic back pain.  Now numbness and curling of fingers in right hand, facial muscle spasms, foot numbness, right calf spasm, difficulty with forming consonants, loss of vision in right eye and intolerance to high temperatures.  In fact heat causes his cramping to increase.  Has difficulty using his right hand at all and it is completely numb when he wakes up. Still low vision in right eye.  All of this is on right side.

MRIs and CT all show nothing.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated?

Neuro scheduled for spinal tap and blood work.  Said if a female would say it was MS.  No mention of EMG .  Does this sound like als?

You need to have a ENG test.
