Feeling chest pains after quitting smoking marijuana

Quit smoking 14th of June, 2017 after feeling dizzy, almost falling until I rested for a while. Had been smoking weed since 2009. Drinking and smoking cigarettes as well but not too often with the cigs. Stopped smoking weed, cigs abd drinking all at once. Three days after, I felt angina pain and pain in my lungs. It's been almost three weeks now and I still feel pains occasionally but not as severe as before. Feeling abdominal pains as well. Getting very scared now. Never felt this way while I'd been smoking pot. Any help, advice or suggestions will be very much appreciated.
