Spay complications_please help!!!!

My dog was spayed 5 days ago and day 2 she had frequent urination with very little coming out, took her to the vet who checked her pee. Had blood no bacteria but put her on antibiotics anyway. Layla was in heat when spayed and is bleeding vaginally, so unsure if blood is actually in urine or mixing when it comes out. Vet also gave iv fluids and antiinflammatory shot. Urinary problems went away that night. Next morning there was a blood tinged fluid coming out of the incision site and I took her back to the vet. Vet said it was fine and to keep her more calm(which is impossible because she lays down all day and night and only gets up to pee and I carry her in and out for that) So I took her home and watched it as it continued to ooze. Every movement causes it to ooze a little. Her vaginal bleeding also got a little heavier and is red brown in color, I continued to call the vet because I felt something was wrong and was told repeatedly it's fine it takes time to stop oozing and dogs can bleed vaginally 7-10 days. Also prescribed a heavy sedative to help her stay asleep and calm. At this point I have been syringe feeding and watering because she is disoriented and does not get up. Today she did eat a good bit and actively licked the syringe with water to get more. I am so scared about all of the bleeding and oozing so I consulted a second vet who said without doing anything other than a temp. which was normal, that she wanted to open her back up and see what is going on and it would be 1700!!! The spay, biopsy, and pathology was only 500! I was shocked at how quick she was willing to open her up without being able to really come up with a good reason why. Also my vet said the fluid was serous fluid from a seroma but there is no swelling and when I asked the second vet about it she didn't know what it was and changed the subject. So I of course left and did not have the surgery, but I am still scared. Is the oozing and vag. bleeding ok?

Layla's incision has stopped bleeding and looks to be healing now, she is still bleeding vaginally quite a bit. But I did have bloodwork, vaginal smear, and kidney tests done. All were normal. Vet assured me she is OK! I know I have been freaking out, it's just so scary. As to the acepromazine, Layla is VERY hyperactive and we started out with very mild stuff and had to move up to that to get any effect. I lowered the dose a lot and she now just sleeps and acts lazy all day, which is what I want! lol. The tramadol made her freak out so I stopped that altogether and she seems fine. She goes back to get her stitches out in 4 days but I am a little concerned that the skin is not closing together all the way. We will see. Thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Stop the ace promazine tranquilizer as it drops blood pressure and maybe responsible for your dogs breathing irregularity. The tramidol combined with the ace promazine may also be a bit much for your dog and it is likely that neither are needed.

Ask your vet about applying a pressure wrap around her abdomen for a couple days. The vaginal bleeding is normal as your dog is in heat.

Bach's 5 Flower Rescue Remedy is a safe homeopathic mixture of five flowers that works well to calm dogs with no adverse side effects at all.

Having you dog experience very mild discomfort helps her to limit her own activity which will promote healing.

If you are concerned about your dogs internal health status, have a complete blood panel run.

If it pink and not bright red and very hot.She will be fine. She has gone thru major surgery just like a women having a hysterectomy . Like of with a c-section
Shes most likely have vaginal discharge. When she pees try to catch it in a glass jar and have the vet check her urine if its really bothering you.
but the one medication that is stopping her breather is either way to much for her or she allergic to it.
Just like when they gave me to much medication after my hysterectomy it drop my heart rate really low. Try cutting that med in half and see if she has the same problem. A liitle sedation is good right after surgery. But a little goes a long way

Also forgot to say, the reason she was spayed while in heat is because the vet said we needed to get a biopsy of a tumor on laylas breast now and that the benefit outweighed the risk and they were confident the surgery would go fine. So I agreed and now wish we would have waited. Also incision site seems excessively tender, I can't even barely touch it to wipe off the fluid without layla trying to jump out of her skin. But it is not red, maybe just slightly swollen around the sutures but maybe not, no puss discharge just pinkish reddish fluid, and vaginal bleeding fills up a panty liner in about 6 hours or just leaves spots all over my bed every time she changes positions.
