Abnormaly large puppy

Hi My dog Jaz had a litter of 5 puppies One is a runt which i am bottle feeding, 2 are of what I would consider normal size and 1, a little bigger and than there is Big Bertha (BB) who if her eyes were open I would consider a 2 1/2 week old puppy. I am wondering if it is possible for BB to drink all the milk from the teats. I don't watch all the time but i noticed today that Jaz's teats were not as full as they have been. the puppies are now 4 days old. So far the puppies are great (even the runt) I just don't want this to snowball into a larger problem.
thanks for the help

Please monitor all the puppies.  You should weigh each of the puppies daily to make sure that they are all gaining.  BB if left unmonitored, could theoretically get the lions share of their mother's milk, just because at a larger size she just needs more.  However, dog's mammary glands are adaptable and the mother's body should be able to produce as much as is necessary.  Continue to bottle feed any of the puppies that need supplementation.

I have been monitoring all of them. They are all increasing in weight. On the second night the runt was dying but I was able to catch it in time and he is now getting stronger, I am not out of the woods yet but all is going well. He still seems to week to find a nipple but once and a while he will find a small lump below the moms lowest nipple and for some reason it is producing tiny amounts of milk (what are the chances?). In addition to my previous question is it normal for the dam to suddenly seam not as full of milk any more or is this abnormal
