I dont know whats wrong with ym cat

first off its the day before christmas eve so there isnt any vet that will be open until the day after christmass, im worried my cat is dying. he cant stand up, right now he is lying down and every now and then he has trouble breathing (occasionally he meows in pain i think) a while ago he produced fecal matter onto the floor, and a minute ago he urinated, and at the end i think i saw red, he hasnt eaten or better yet he wont eat, i put some water into his mouth, but he keeps panting and drooling, a minute ago his left front paw was clenched up with claws out, as if he had a stroke, and when you look at his eyes it looks like hes staring at you but not really. i really need to know what to do, p.s. occasionally he raises his head and tries to move but then it falls down.

I work the day before Christmas Eve and Christmas Eve.  I know that most veterinarians do.  Your cat must be seen by a vet!  It sounds as if it is a life threatening disease.  Red urine could be a urinary tract infection secondary to Feline Urologic Syndrome.  He could have a seizure from a variety of causes including Fatty Liver disease if he hasn't eaten in a while, kidney disease and more.

I don't know where you live but most larger cities have an emergency animal clinic or two available 24 hours a day. Before Christmas day actually comes, please check and see. Maybe even call the local Humane Society. Perhaps they can put you in touch with someone. Your cat's symptoms appear to be life threatening and shouldn't wait another 24 hours. Putting water in his mouth at this stage could lead to more problems. If he can't swallow properly, he may inhale it and end up with aspiration pneumonia. He'll need IV fluids instead. I do hope you can find someone today to help.
