My 1 month coton de tulear puppy cant walk on her hind legs like the rest of the three puppies which have started walking normally by now?

The rest three of the puppies have started walking normally but this most cute n beautiful one cant stand on her hind legs n literally crawls on the floor which is extremely painful for me to watch. what could possibly be wrong with her. her mom is healthy 2 year old n is feeding all 4 pups n they have started eating semi solid food as well four days back. The puppy in question is active and  eats normally and she shows no sign of pain while walking on her two front legs as she drags her body across the floor. she makes no painful sounds even when i try helping her walk with her hind legs. i am extremely worried and sad about her condition. kindly someone give me a through reply as to what possibly can i do to help her? I cant see her in this miserable condition. plz someone help me out?

Your puppy may also be a "swimmer." It looks like they are swimming instead, and don't have strength to stand. I'd bring your puppy to a vet to examine. If it's a swimmer, you can often times use those blue egg crate pads to help exercise those leg muscles. That said, it could still be a inherited congenital disorder. Your vet should definitely examine them, and I'd recommend neutering this puppy (or not breeding back the same parents) just in case it's inherited... best of luck and please keep us posted! You can also videotape it for your veterinarian.

It is possible this puppy has a congenital disorder or malformation of the rear legs, spinal cord etc.

A veterinary exam is needed to determine what is wrong.  It is impossible to discuss corrections until we know what is happening.

Please see a veterinarian now and let us know what you are told.  X-rays are likely needed but at a minimum a physical exam to determine nerve reflexes etc.

let us know what you find out.
