Neutered with Complications
My dog Dakota just got neutered Tuesday by the SPCA, well its been a couple of days and everything has been going good till now. I got home from work to check on him and his whole underside where he had his surgery is swollen, red, and he has some discharge from his penile area. I'm really worried about him.

The SPCA should rectify the problem with medications, analgesics and antibiotics, but even if they can't please take him to any vet ASAP to avoid even further complications.
Call the SPCA, who did the surgery, right away.
