With prior ref. to 'weather change adaption' post , I utterly am worried about my dog 'badshah' and his health !
My vet gave him shots of Salzone(sulbactam & cefoperazone) and Avil ( pheniramine maleate) 2 ml each and apart from these , he got a drip of haemaccel 250 ml & DNS 300ml ! Kindly help me providing the required suggestions!

I dont recognize those drugs however they sound like classes of antibiotics and antihistamines and considering you are mentioning weather then I will assume you are speaking of seasonal allergies. This itchy annoying condition is more often referred to as inhallant allergy or atopic dermatitis. dogs and cats inhale pollens and grasses and molds etc. and instead of getting itchy eyes and runny noses like us humans, they get super itchy skin. Often they develop secondary bacterial infections as a complication. For the milder cases we will treat as needed with antihistamines and antibiotics, plus special shampoos. As the condition worsens we start to rely on cortisone pills and finally for the rare but extremely severe cases we will seek the opinion of a veterinary dermatologist and have allergy testing performed and shots will be given on a regular basis.
I shouldnt forget to mention omega fatty acids. These healthy oils help the skin heal and have some anti-itch properties and should be utilized daily from the very first day of symptoms and be given long term.
