Stray Kitty
I found a stray kitty about 3 days ago. Do I need to worry about any health problems like rabies?
The kitty needs to go to the vet right away, to be checked for parasites, diseases, and to receive vaccines.

Peekawho is correct. You do need to worry about Rabies. And, if you have other pets, especially cats you need to worry about parasites, feline leukemia, feline aids etc. In any case if you will be keeping this cat he/she will need vaccines, etc.
