Your puppy needs to see the vet ASAP. Depending on your puppies vaccine status viral diseases such as Parvovirus may be the issue. Vomiting leads to dehydration which can be fatal in dogs and puppies if not treated.

Get the Dog to the vet NOW.
You may wake up and find Her Dead.Sound like someone or something is poising her.
She need treatment now.
1 she dehydrated
2 vomiting constantly
3 not eating
4 she lethargic

The longer you wait the closer to death she will become.
Talk to the vet and ask to make payment if need be.If you cant afford the treatment a Great Vet maybe willing to  take the dog if your willing to give her up to save her life.

I can't tell you what is wrong with your dog, and I;m betting a vet can't either without tests. One thing is clear though, your dog needs to go to a vet immediately!!! If she is not eating and constantly throwing up she is no doubt dehydrated and that is serious! If you cannot afford to take her please give her to somebody that can, she may die if you do not get her help!!! There are some vets offices that will take a dog and help it and find it a new home and some even adopt them for themselves, if not take her to spca or somewhere like that where she can get veterinary care!!! If you can afford it, please do not wait, take her now!
