Worried about my hamster

My hamster Elvis, has a lump that keeps popping out of his right testicle. It doesn't hurt him when i touch it, he's eating and active as he normally would be.
the lump is the same colour as his testicles.
I was thinking, could it be one of his testicles moving into the other side so he has two in sack, as to say.
i'm really worried about him and i would like to know what it is and what to do, as i love him very much
thank you

It sounds as if it is an inguinal hernia.  Testicular tumors are uncommon at such a young age.

Inguinal hernia's can be surgically corrected, if necessary.

Unless you can feel 3 lumps (2 testicles and an extra) it may just be his testicles shifting around and becoming more noticeable at times. If there are 3 lumps, then he could have a hernia. A vet would be able to tell the difference.
