dog throwing up

My 10 yr old ridgeback threw up yesterday.  We think mostly from too much running.  It's happened in the past. However, right afterward and into today, we've noticed the back of her skull is noticeably potruding out (kinda like a hump on her head - feels like bone) and her cheeks look withdrawn.  Is it possible the motion of throwing up caused something to go wrong with skull or her back?  If so, any ideas on how to fix?  She is acting totally normal and has not been sick again.

Hello hudsonct,  Medhelp.org doesn't allow the posting of email addresses.  I attempted viewing the photo, but the site just took me to the sign in page of flickr.

Please try again.  Thanks!

Could you take a photo of her head and face and post it?
