Why is my dogs face twitching?

Facial twitching could be a pre-seizure sign, a facial nerve issue, masticatory myositis or just behavioral.  If you are able to post or obtain blood and urine tests, that would be a logical first step. A veterinary neurologist may also be a consideration for this issue.
