MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
B complex 50mg combination in which all of the B vitamins contain 50mg would be a good one for your dog to take, at 1/4 of a human adult dose.

Exercise is the best thing for hyperactive dogs. An hour walk a day to sniff things and get stimulated, plus a treadmill workout if necessary.
