my dog hasnt ate in three days

i am really worried about my dog. he has not ate his dog food in three days. the second day i fed him boiled rice and he ate a couple tablespoons but its the third day and he wont eat anything. he has lost alot alot of weight. i can see his bones sticking out bad and before i couldnt. the first day he had diarrhea now he just been throwing up white foam and yellow bile! he is very weak... i dont have any money to take him to a vet tonight..i am gonna work on getting some money together and take him tomorrow. does anyone know what i can force him to eat and how?  I NEED Y0UR HELP..i love my dog and cant see him go..please any suggestions..

well actually he is doing better..we force fed him wet dog food and gave him water every few hours and now he is doing better and isnt even throwing up. we are still taking him to the vet tomorrow for a check up though. thank you though!

Clearly a very serious situation, get to the veterinarian as soon as possible.  No home treatments should be implemented.
