Regarding Fibromyalgia.  Almost all conditions have features of fibro.  It is suppose to be a diagnosis of exclusion.  Therefore, if they have not tested you for everything else and then decided you have fibro, I suggest you not accept the dx.  If you are tested for everything else (with more than lab work) and they find no evidence of another condition, then a fibro dx is appropriate.
Have you had any other tests?

thanks for your comment....i do understand what you are saying and that is why i get so frustrated...i have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a rheumatolgist and have all of the classic symptoms of it, i.e., muscle pain  throughout my entire body, chronic fatigue, etc.., in addition to that i am being followed by an endocronoligist due to a low tsh and have been tested for thyroid disorders, most of which have come back borderline normal except for the low tsh...however, i have all the classic symptoms of a hyperthyroid as well..i.e., anxious, rapid heart rate, shakey hands, lack of concentration, i am a 37 year old woman, 5'0'', 115 lbs and yet i have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes earlier this year...i guess i am just looking for a label to give all these awful symptoms....

Hi.  Aren't lab reports frustratingly greek?  Worse, once you get into it you learn that lab work provides doctors indicators but cannot be used to diagnose by themselves.  It is important to understand that you can test high or low for some things and not have any conditions with which they are associated.

Did your doctor indicate what he/she thinks you have?  My doc would not let me have my results until I came in for my next visit.  When is your next appt.?  What symptoms are you experiencing?  How long has this been going on?

Ok, enough of my questions.  Here is what I can say about your labs.

Your ANA is elevated at 1:160.  Negative is below 1:40 and below 1:80 is generally not significant
Your ANA pattern is homogeneous, the pattern is used to help with the dx as different patterns go with different diseases.
CRP and ESR are indicators of inflammation and it looks like you are normal there
Low ferritin can indicate low iron which can be associated with anemia
Low levels of vitamin D can be associated with a number of things
