Pain and Dizziness

I have had Psoriatic Arthritis and Osteo for @ 15 years, and have been through "the gamut" of doctors, and different meds.  As a result, I am strongly leaning in the direction of "Alternative" methods for pain relief.

Lately, I have been in much more pain, as well as being quite dizzy.  I have had labs run, which all point to being normal.  My blood pressure is fine.  Is it possible to be in such pain that it would cause dizziness?  Dizzy meaning:   " feeling a bit faint; a RUSH of feeling a little funny; holding onto something so I will not fall."
I just need some answers right now -
thank you

Have you seen a neurologist or an ENT?  I saw a bunch of docs when I was suffering with dizziness and loss of balance and a host of other symptoms.

I only take Glucosamine since all the meds I have taken over the years have affected my stomach and esophagus.  According to the Doctor - I have a Cornucopia of issues.

My huge issue is being dizzy.  I am tired, dizzy and in pain.  Like I said earlier, my labs all came back normal with relation to the dizziness issue.  Do not know of any other options.
Thanks

I have had pain make me feel queasy, so I think dizzy could certainly happen.  What medications are you taking?  Have you checked the side effects?  Don't forget to check with a pharmacist about how the combination of meds you take can effect you.  Also, be sure to check with your doctor before you start any herbal remedies or supplements to make sure they are compatible with your meds.
