i stepped on a rusty nail went right threw my shoe and sock right in between my big toe and second two went and got it treated at the hospital its been four days now is it normal for my foot to go cold and my toes go stiff i can move my big toe but not my other four toes what should i do

I absolutely agree with the other two members who have responded to
your comments. You should see a doctor asap and I hope they gave
you a tetanus shot at the hospital. Don't wait. Make an appointment
and see your family doctor. No, this is not normal. Eve

I agree with Ellen038 that you need to have your foot examined again.
And do hope that the hospital gave you a tetanus shot if your immunizations are not up to date.
