It is very common to feel anxious and worried when you are pregnant- everything is new for you and unfamiliar. If you are really feeling anxious frequently, you should speak with your ob/gyn about this. You could try using some relaxation techniques, yoga, exercise, meditation, etc. to help focus your energy and keep you calm. Again, if you are feeling distressed, discuss this with your ob/gyn.
