1st time pregnant

This is my first pregnancy and I and I get scared at every little pain and ache. Little blood and other things like that I feel like I am losing my mind

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

It is very common to feel anxious and worried when you are pregnant- everything is new for you and unfamiliar.  If you are really feeling anxious frequently, you should speak with your ob/gyn about this.  You could try using some relaxation techniques, yoga, exercise, meditation, etc. to help focus your energy and keep you calm.  Again, if you are feeling distressed, discuss this with your ob/gyn.  Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy.

Your not losing your mind, being pregnant is a scary and exciting time.. Your doctor is ready to answer all the questions that you may have... And that's what they are there for.. Call your doctor, they may help ease any anxiety that you may be experiencing!
