Thank you for helping me. :) I'm definitely going to stop laying on my back. Last night I had some milk & I got sick. It seems that I shouldn't be eating too late?

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

It is always a good idea to let your ob/gyn know about any symptoms that you are having. So make sure that you let him or her know about this.

It is not uncommon to start feeling uncomfortable around 33 weeks.  Your baby is taking up more and more room in your belly and leaving less and less room for you!  You could try eating smaller meals at night and see if that helps.  Also, lay on your side instead of on your back.  Laying on your back can increase pressure on your diaphragm making you not feel well.

Hang in there- you are almost there- only a few more weeks and you will be holding that little bundle of joy!  Good luck.
