Frequent Urination and possible prostate problem?

Well hello! I have a question about a problem "Well quite a few problems" I've been having for about 4-5 months now. I'm 21 and when I was 13 I had a testicular problem where one of mine didn't descend correctly. I don't know if this would have to do anything with the problem I'm having but I better just get more facts out there.

Well about the time this started it wasn't as bad as it is now. I Pee alot...but only at night. Also I have a burning sensation when I urinate and sometimes when I ejaculate and it kinda dribbles. My penile shaft has been in a heavy pain. It comes and goes, but definitely shows pain after I masturbate or have sex. I can't really describe it. Also it seems to get even worse when I'm sitting down. Specially after longer periods of time. I was going to go see a doctor but the problems receded  for awhile. SO stupid me decided not to go

Also it seems the testicle that they descended is getting smaller. Could it be my prostate? Could it be an infection? Could it be an STD?

I'm totally trying not to make a self diagnosis since I'm not knowledgeable in this area. I just don't want this to get worse. I'm curious if I should seek medical attention soon or could it wait?

Any help on this matter would be great!

Thanks. Yeah I'm kinda one of those people who gets too busy to notice things. Which shouldn't be an excuse when it comes to my health, and thank you.

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Basically, your symptoms need to be evaluated sooner, not later.  Your symptoms could be any number of things (some of which you mentioned) which would require treatment or intervention.  I would not wait any longer to have this evaluated.  If possible, see a urologist and skip your general practitioner.  If a urologist is not possible, then see your regular medical doctor.  Good luck.
